April Election

The April election is coming up for three D4 Board Positions of one year in length, May 1, 2025-April 30, 2026.  The positions are for one Lady, one Man and a third position that could be either a Lady or Man, based on the votes.  

The D4 Board has decided in this election, D4 members can cast up to three total votes as there are three positions up for election.  Again, D4 members can cast up to three votes in this election.  The election itself will be very simple, only two items on the ballot survey.  The first item is for your Stack Team Villages WVB email address.  The second question will include a list of all the candidates that have applied to run for the D4 Board.  As there are three positions, you can cast up to three votes and are encouraged to do.  No Board member can hold more than one board position.  

The Lady with the highest vote count will be elected to the Board.  The Man with the highest vote count will be elected to the Board.  Finally, from all the remaining candidates, the Lady or Man with the next highest vote count will be elected to the Board's third position in this election.

 If you are interested in running for a D4 Board in this April election process, you need to do the following...

A)  Complete an application, which will be posted on the website for all D4 members to review.

B)  Include a digital photo with your application that can also be posted on the website with your application.

You must be a full D4 member to run as a candidate in this election.  Application with digital photo must be submitted via email no later than 11:59pm April 5th, to D4VillagesWVB@gmail.com

Assuming we have at least three candidates that have applied by the deadline the timeline is as follows...

The election will be conducted from April 20 through April 26, 11:59pm.  This is subject to change if there are insufficient candidates for the election.

Once completed, successful candidates will start their one year term as of May 1, 2025.
